Richard was incredible. He answered the phone every time I called giving immediate service and feedback. He checked on my hatch just to make sure everything went OK and stayed in touch with me every step in the process. Fantastic person to work with. He clearly cares and it shows! Now I have some cute little Legbars and Swedish Flower Hen chicks running around. Will definitely be back for more in the future.
