I ordered 2 pair of Cream Legbar and some Lemon Cuckoo Orpington to fill out the order. They shipped overnight to the Seattle Area. They arrived with 2 heatpacks and all but one in very good shape. Richard called me to make sure I knew they had arrived at the post office and when I explained that one had died on arrival he refunded immediately. He also sent an extra pair of Cream Legbar. I felt that he really cared about the chicks and about me. Great service.
